Chair Massage is done on fully clothed, seated clients, and can be offered almost anywhere to anybody. The focus is on the upper body; including the shoulders, back, neck, head, arms and hands in just 15 minutes - the length of a typical work break. It is very effective with increasing employee morale, improving productivity, mental well-being, reducing stress and muscle tension. Chair massage can be used during heavy workload season, as an incentive tool, during a convention, special events or as a promotion.
